EL PLAN

For over 20 years, Adrián Armero Martínez has been a pioneer in Nariño's specialty coffee movement, cultivating exceptional varieties across four distinct lots on his family farm, El Plan. Each lot tells its own story, home that thrives in their unique microclimates.

After careful handpicking, the cherries are depulped and sealed in plastic bags to oxidize, then fermented without water for 48 hours. Once washed, they're taken to solar dryers where the sun works its magic over 60 hours.

The result: a meticulously crafted coffee that honors family tradition, delivering unique and exceptional profile with every cup.
