A third-generation coffee farmer, he left to study as a pilot but later returned to Colombia after discovering the potential of its coffee industry. Through cupping and roasting courses, he refined his family’s processes, applying careful manual selection and precise fermentations that yield in this Pink Bourbon, a clean cup with citrus, panela, and mandarin notes.

His passion for sensory analysis led him to become the Colombian Cupping Champion, and in 2025 he will compete for the world title.
