From the lush landscapes of Pitalito, Huila, Dona Monica’s journey is one of passion and perseverance. Born and raised on a coffee farm, her love for coffee blossomed early as she worked alongside her father.
After studying agronomy and returning to her roots, she and her husband transformed their farm, El Mirador, into a hub for high quality coffee production.
