Henry Rodriguez carries a family tradition of coffee cultivation with his wife Vanesa and their son Saul. Trained in Industrial Design, he turned to coffee, experimenting widely and finding success with Castillo, Geisha, and Colombia Awards at departmental and national levels followed. 

Henry’s next steps: refine processing, perfect drying, and create a cupping lab. Alongside, he’s completing a new home. His story is one of heritage, curiosity, and a relentless drive for quality in Specialty Coffee.
